She left her corporate level marketing position to launch Full Capacity Marketing, Inc. (FCM), because of a huge void in the market to empower these agencies in applying private sector branding concepts that yield new funding sources. The end result has garnered her customers millions of dollars in additional funding, and put FCM on the radar screen as a brand expert among federal, state and local government agencies.
